My journey began as a collegiate athlete whose career was reshaped by injury—an experience that inspired my focus on rehabilitation, functional anatomy, and high-performance training. With over eight years of experience, I specialize in Pilates, HIIT, strength, endurance, cycling, and functional movement, always weaving injury prevention into performance.
My graduate research explored how high-performance athletes experience injury, and I bring that academic insight into a holistic, practical approach to fitness. Beyond training, my passion is building inclusive, empowering spaces where all bodies feel safe, supported, and challenged.
As a bilingual, queer woman of color, I strive to bridge the gap between communities and formal fitness spaces by creating environments rooted in equity, accessibility, and care. Whether you’re seeking personalized performance training, post-rehab support, or simply a space to move authentically

For events I always make it clear the format and intensity you can expect.
For one on one work its a case by case basis, only to ensure we are the right fit to meet your goals.
no matter where you work with me there is NEVER any pressure to take any movement that don’t feel right for your body.

it truly depends on your injury and what stage of healing you are in. after gathering that information I can let you know if i could be a good fit for you and how.

i will be your biggest advocate for achieving healthy, appropriate goals! i believe in genuine motivation and expert instruction. i am deeply form focused and do not sugar coat instruction or attention to detail.
above all else it is my goal to great a space where you feel safe, comfortable and confident that you will appropriately challenged and made to feel supported in your movement journey.
